Requirements

• End-to-End Product Builder: Cares about API architecture and user experience, seamlessly context-switching between backend logic and frontend state management.
• AI Frontier Tinkerer: Pushes the limits of AI tools, experiments with applying LLMs to real workflows (code generation, operational automation, developer tooling), and considers automation, human roles, and responsible AI implementation in healthcare.
• Owns Outcomes, Not Tasks: Has experience with ambiguous problems, turning them into shipped software, defining solutions, collaborating across teams, and adapting to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interfaces and systems for managing clinical data, including high-integrity experiences for treatment plans and progress notes, integrating AI-powered clinical intelligence.
• Build a best-in-class platform for therapists to manage their businesses, owning features from database schema to UI for scheduling, clinical notes, and payment management.
• Transform the therapist search experience by building frontend interfaces and backend APIs for personalized care recommendations, longitudinal data views, and patient-provider matching.
• Develop sleek, consumer-grade web experiences and tooling to streamline the insurance credentialing process, enabling providers to get in-network and scale their practices quickly.
