About The Position

For a long-term project in the public sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on TypeScript and React. The role is predominantly remote with occasional business trips. The project involves the independent implementation of user stories within a Scrum team, ensuring accessibility according to WCAG AA/AAA standards, and proactively advancing the application both functionally and technically. You will also be involved in familiarizing yourself with technical topics related to e-invoicing (eRechnung/XRechnung) and collaborating closely within the development team.

Requirements

• Very strong experience in TypeScript (pure JavaScript not sufficient)
• High-level React, HTML, CSS
• Experience with OpenAPI (interface definition)
• Unit tests (frontend) and end-to-end tests
• Accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and corresponding design patterns
• Understanding of software architecture and user-centered development
• Agile working (Scrum), independent and proactive
• Strong focus on Clean Code
• Very good German language skills
• Residence in EU or UK
• Willingness to travel (Germany)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HKR / booking systems
• Knowledge of XRechnung and Peppol
• Experience in the public budget systems environment
• UX/UI design and research
• Experience with Kolibri (accessible web components)
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms
