Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering.
• Strong Java/Kotlin.
• AWS and infrastructure experience.
• REST APIs and SQL Server.
• Automated testing.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GraphQL and microservices.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Experience supporting large-scale production systems.

Responsibilities

• Own complex full-stack initiatives while mentoring engineers and helping shape technical direction.
• Engineer solutions, challenge assumptions, and drive technical excellence.
• Design and implement scalable backend and frontend solutions.
• Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making.
• Develop APIs and complex integrations.
• Own production quality, monitoring, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams.
