About The Position

Yoodli is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their fast-growing, mission-driven team. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the office in the Greater Seattle Area. The ideal candidate will have a frontend-focused full-stack expertise, strong experience building scalable web applications, solid backend instincts across APIs and distributed systems, and a customer-centric approach. They should also possess a craft for quality in code and API design, and a desire to elevate the skills of those around them. The company is a well-funded startup with a mission to help people communicate with confidence using AI-powered roleplay and coaching.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience, shipping production code
• Strong full-stack capabilities with a frontend lean
• Experience owning features end-to-end
• Track record of delivering in fast-moving environments
• Solid experience with API design
• Solid experience with system architecture
• Proficiency in modern technologies (TypeScript, React, backend frameworks)
• Ability to debug complex distributed systems
• Clear communicator who works well across engineering and product
• Ability to give and receive feedback well
• Understanding of how work connects to business outcomes and user impact
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI-powered applications
