About The Position

Arkestro's Predictive Procurement Platform applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. It moves teams away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and help both buyers and suppliers reach better outcomes faster. Arkestro helps procurement teams influence more enterprise spend and uncover savings that traditional sourcing approaches often leave behind by applying predictive intelligence to how sourcing events are designed and executed. We’re looking for a strong Fullstack Senior Software Engineer with a passion for delivering product solutions to join our Product team and help us scale our platform and deliver cutting edge capabilities to our customers. This engineer will be an integral part of the team that designs, builds and innovates our product. The right candidate will collaborate with a phenomenal group of software engineers, data scientists, product managers, product designers and quality engineers to deliver and scale a transformational software product.

Requirements

  • 6yrs+ building customer-facing applications professionally in collaboration with Product Management, UX and Data
  • 6yrs+ of Rails/Ruby
  • 4yrs+ React, JavaScript/TypeScript, NextJS, CSS, Figma.
  • 3yrs+ of Architecting Full Stack Applications
  • 2yrs+ of AWS and/or Kubernetes with Istio
  • 6 months+ of SDLC AI native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork or similar

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in fast moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.

Responsibilities

  • Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible.
  • Collaborates with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles
  • Work with Product Management to estimate and commit.
  • Work with Staff Engineers to ensure architecture aligns with organizational goals.
  • Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotation
