Requirements

5+ years of experience shipping high-quality systems at fast-moving startups or product-led technical orgs
Strong backend or full-stack engineering skills; comfort owning features across the stack
A track record of building and maintaining systems with real-world consequences (infra, data, security, or finance is a plus)
Intellectual sharpness and curiosity—you’re excited about AI, markets, and systems
You move quickly, write clean code, and take extreme ownership over your work

Nice To Haves

Experience with LLM integration, reasoning agents, or applied AI systems
Background in fintech, quant, and/or AI infra
Prior startup or founder experience

Responsibilities

Design and build core product systems across our AI agent interface, portfolio engine, and financial infrastructure
Work closely with AI researchers to integrate reasoning models into user-facing flows
Own major product initiatives end-to-end—from architecture through launch and iteration
Help define engineering best practices in a deeply technical, high-trust culture
Contribute to a product that touches real capital, real risk, and real outcomes for users
