Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
  • Eight (8) years of experience with coding in modern language.
  • Five (5) years of experience with: full-stack software design.
  • Five (5) years of experience with: technical communication including writing design documents and system documentation, providing feedback to other engineers’ documents and code, and giving project updates to stakeholders or project leaders.
  • Four (4) years of experience writing SQL.
  • Three (3) years of experience with software development lifecycle including version control, code review, and deployment.
  • Two (2) years of experience with: programming in C#.
  • Two (2) years of experience with: programming in Python.
  • Two (2) years of experience with: React.

Responsibilities

  • Design system architectures and application components for internal web applications and services, including frontend and backend structures, API contracts, and database models, ensuring that designs align with scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal web applications and services using languages such as C#, TypeScript, and React, and frameworks such as .NET; develop REST/GraphQL APIs, database schemas (SQL), and service integrations following secure coding and data governance practices.
  • Build and operate CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for microservices and web applications, monitoring releases and resolve deployment issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites, ensuring test coverage and reliability through continuous integration and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
  • Analyze operational and product data (e.g., usage, performance, error metrics) to assess the effectiveness of process improvements and automation initiatives, using insights to validate outcomes and inform future engineering priorities, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with product and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating ambiguous needs into technical designs, and deliver incremental, production-ready features.
  • Own the full lifecycle of medium to large projects, including design, implementation, documentation, rollout, monitoring, and iterative improvement based on user feedback.
  • Build AI-assisted tools and automation in Python that use Large Language Models and Retrieval Augemented Generation to streamline routine tasks, improve employee productivity, and enhance internal tooling.
