About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join an Agile engineering team building next-generation applications on a modern AWS serverless platform. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience across Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, AWS serverless technologies, automated testing, and cloud-based application development. This role will contribute to building scalable applications, continuous integration and testing environments, test-data generation tools, automated end-to-end testing, and systems for collecting telemetry and data-integrity information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; a degree in an analytical or technical field is preferred.
5–7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript/ES6.
Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and serverless application development.
Experience with AWS services such as: AWS Lambda Amazon DynamoDB Amazon S3 Amazon SNS/SQS
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
Experience developing highly scalable software applications.
Experience working on Agile engineering teams.
Experience with automated browser/end-to-end testing.
Experience with automated API integration testing.

AWS Certified – Associate level or higher.

Experience with chaos testing and reliability engineering.
Experience with telemetry, monitoring, and data-integrity solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with software, product, design, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Design, develop, test, release, and maintain backend services, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure.
Build and maintain applications using AWS serverless technologies.
Develop and support continuous integration and automated testing environments.
Develop tools and platforms for test-data generation.
Design and execute chaos testing and automated end-to-end testing.
Build systems for collecting telemetry and monitoring application/data integrity.
Develop automated API integration testing solutions.
Contribute as a technical member of an Agile engineering team.
Participate in testing, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Work across multiple technical areas while maintaining a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and quality.
