About The Position

STAN is looking for a full-time Senior Software Engineer who is an enthusiastic problem solver to help create the technology that will change the way we manage residential communities. We believe that properties can be autonomously managed. This position is based in North York and is currently full-time in-office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person. STAN is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers. We are using cutting-edge and patented artificial intelligence technology to build solutions that enhance life for residents of more than 4 million+ homes across North America. And, we are on a mission to build the world’s first AI property manager. Requirements

React
TypeScript / JavaScript
MongoDB
REST API development with Node JS
Experience architecting and deploying Software Products to Cloud Providers like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure
Focused on building and shipping products, passionate about building a business
5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript and React libraries

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI, NLP, NLU, and/or machine learning is preferred
Startup experience or experience working in small teams preferred

Responsibilities

Work on developing the first A.I. assistant for residential buildings/communities
Develop proprietary AI system to automate complex user conversations
End-to-end software development process from ideation to production
Maintain high code quality and engineering best practices
Demonstrate leadership skills working across organizational boundaries
