About The Position

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer responsible for building web applications using Java, and many other cutting-edge technologies. This role involves extensive IT experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems in Java, J2EE technologies. The engineer will be responsible for full-stack application development with both front-end and back-end development, including the design, development, and delivery of Java based enterprise applications. Hands-on experience in developing web-based Java applications is crucial. The role also requires experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications using both Java/J2EE and Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web APIs), including full-stack development, RESTful services, and cloud-native applications. Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using various methodologies like Waterfall and Agile/Scrum is expected. Expertise in working with various J2EE technologies including Hibernate, Servlets, JNDI, JMS, JDBC, SOAP and Rest based Web services, and Concurrent programming is required. Experience in using Java coding in combination with AWS native services like Lambda, S3, and Kinesis Stream, as well as experience in implementing Java EE design patterns, is also necessary. The role includes overseeing peer code reviews and providing active guidance and direction on development. The engineer will develop/update Services and APIs using Java technology for use in current and future projects. Excellent team player with good analytical, strategic planning, and interpersonal and communication skills. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a self-starter.
