About The Position

We're seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team at InfiniteChoice. You'll lead the design and development of cloud-native software solutions that serve millions of users and power billions in transaction volume. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll own the complete software development lifecycle from solution design and implementation through testing, production deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. AI-driven development is a core part of how we build software. You'll leverage modern AI development tools and agentic workflows throughout the engineering lifecycle to accelerate development, improve quality, automate testing, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve production systems. We're looking for engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with an AI-first mindset using AI as a force multiplier while maintaining ownership of architecture, code quality, security, reliability and business outcomes.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in server-side JavaScript/TypeScript development with Node.js.
Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and/or React.
Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, API design, and distributed application architecture.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native applications; experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and modern DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered software development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or comparable coding agents as part of day-to-day software development.
Demonstrated ability to use AI effectively across multiple stages of the software development lifecycle not simply for code generation.
Strong engineering fundamentals and the judgment to critically evaluate, test and improve AI-generated solutions.
Independent problem solver capable of taking ambiguous problems from concept through production.
Strong sense of ownership and urgency with a track record of driving work through completion.

Responsibilities

Design scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, Vue.js/React, JavaScript/TypeScript and cloud-native technologies while leveraging AI-assisted development and agentic coding workflows to accelerate implementation.
Leverage AI-assisted code reviews and analysis to identify defects, security risks, architectural inconsistencies, code duplication and opportunities for greater component and service reusability.
Use AI to develop and continuously improve comprehensive automated testing across unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing.
Own applications through production deployment using automated CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices, leveraging AI-driven automation where appropriate.
Own production health through observability, performance monitoring, alerting and incident response, using AI-assisted analysis to accelerate troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
Use production telemetry, customer behavior, incidents and engineering metrics to identify opportunities to continuously improve product quality, reliability, performance and maintainability.
Architect and develop scalable services using Node.js and modern application frameworks.
Build dynamic, responsive user experiences using Vue.js/React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Design APIs, services and integration patterns that enable reusable capabilities across applications.
Build serverless and containerized applications for scalable cloud deployment.
Design software for performance, security, resilience, observability and maintainability.

Take full ownership of features and services from concept and technical design through production deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
Work closely with Product, Design, Platform, CloudOps and other engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
Proactively identify and remove technical blockers rather than waiting for direction.
Communicate technical concepts, design decisions, risks, and trade-offs effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong ownership and urgency in driving deliverables through the finish line.
Build solutions and documentation that enable other engineers to understand, maintain, and extend your work.
