The Role We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is excited to build modern, cloud-based analytic applications that solve real-world problems. In this agile engineering role, you will contribute across the full stack—designing scalable services, building intuitive user experiences, and helping evolve high-performance solutions used to model and manage extreme event risk. Our core production stack is .NET, Angular, and AWS , but we place equal value on strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability, and a desire to grow within an AI-forward development culture.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science (MS preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of commercial-grade full-stack software development experience.
  • Deep understanding of frontend UI, backend business logic, scalability, frameworks, and performance optimization.
  • Competency or expertise in C#, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Python (or strongly translatable enterprise languages).
  • Excellent debugging and code review habits; ability to reverse-engineer logic and identify flaws in unfamiliar codebases.
  • Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or qualify for an H-1B visa transfer.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build robust backend REST services and responsive Angular frontends using clean, maintainable architecture.
  • Translate complex requirements and system architecture into elegant, working software.
  • Develop cloud-based analytical frameworks, performance-driven algorithms, and specialized tooling.
  • Contribute actively to automated testing, continuous integration (CI), and modern DevOps infrastructure.
  • Prioritize performance, cost-efficiency, stability, and seamless functionality in all deployments.
  • Evolve and experiment with the use of AI tools to improve development velocities and outcomes.
