About The Position

Career Developers Inc. is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python. The role includes developing APIs, application logic, database structures, integrations, and modern web interfaces, as well as contributing to application architecture and technical design decisions. The developer will work with product owners, data teams, business stakeholders, developers, database administrators, DevOps, and infrastructure teams across the application lifecycle. The position also involves supporting AI-enabled application capabilities, including LLM integrations, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), where appropriate; leading complex assignments; mentoring junior developers; and supporting CI/CD, deployment, testing, and post-implementation monitoring. The role is based remotely, with on-site presence in White Plains, NY or New York, NY one to two times per month. The stated salary range is $160,000–$180,000. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of related technical experience in professional services or enterprise application development.
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
Full-stack development experience with ReactJS and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Experience developing solutions with Python.
Experience developing enterprise APIs, integrations, application logic, and data-driven applications.
Understanding of modern software architecture, development patterns, testing, and application lifecycle practices.
Experience participating in technical design and architecture discussions.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Design and develop complex enterprise application components, including APIs, application logic, database structures, integrations, and modern web-based user interfaces.
Build and enhance full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ReactJS, TypeScript, and Python.
Participate in architecture and technical design, contributing to decisions about scalability, performance, maintainability, and integration.

Support modernization of existing enterprise applications, including debugging, performance optimization, integration improvements, and technical upgrades.
Participate in code reviews and help maintain engineering standards, development patterns, testing practices, and code quality.
