About The Position

As a Senior Full Stack .Net Developer, you will design, develop, and deliver modern digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role requires expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, microservices, AI-enabled development practices, and cross-functional collaboration to build scalable, high-performing web applications and services. This is a 12-month contract role with a hybrid location preference in Austin, Texas. The hourly range is $45.00 to $80.00, depending on skills, experience, location, and industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of backend development experience using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
Experience designing and implementing REST APIs, SOA solutions, and microservices architectures.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and UML.
Experience developing cloud-native applications and working with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud environments.
Strong frontend development experience with Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related technologies.
Experience building enterprise-scale applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with AI technologies, GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development, and Agentic AI solutions.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and modern software engineering practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications and digital solutions.
Develop backend applications and services using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
Build and enhance responsive frontend applications using Angular, React, and modern web technologies.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for high-volume transaction processing environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review support to development teams.
Use AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and software quality.
Develop and support cloud-native applications on enterprise cloud platforms.
Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security requirements, design patterns, and development best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design discussions, testing activities, and production support efforts.
