About The Position

We are fast-tracking submissions for an exclusive, high-impact project in Montreal! This role requires a hands-on technical leader with exceptional communication skills who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business stakeholders and distributed development teams. This is a full-time onsite role in Montreal, QC, with occasional site visits to Baie-Comeau, Bécancour, and Deschambault. The role requires English fluency, with French-Canadian proficiency being a strong asset. The core technical stack includes expert-level Microsoft Technologies (.NET, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Data Services like ADF, Azure SQL, and Azure PaaS like Web Apps, Key Vaults, Function Apps), strong hands-on experience with Blazor or Angular, and solid experience with iOS development and MAUI. Infrastructure responsibilities include reviewing pull requests, maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines, and writing ARM templates.

Requirements

• Expert-level Microsoft Technologies (.NET, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Data Services like ADF, Azure SQL, and Azure PaaS like Web Apps, Key Vaults, Function Apps).
• Strong hands-on experience with Blazor or Angular (one is mandatory).
• Solid experience with iOS development and MAUI.
• Experience reviewing pull requests, maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines, and writing ARM templates.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• French-Canadian language proficiency is a strong asset / added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Process Owners and Technical Stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Provide clear technical direction and high-level designs to convert functional requirements into robust business processes.
• Manage daily activities for both onsite and offshore development teams, providing technical mentorship.
• Own Change Management, Incident Management, and troubleshooting for L2 & L3 support tickets.
• Collaborate globally (flexibility for occasional nighttime conference calls is required).
