About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance web applications and cloud-native services from conception to production. This role will be part of a newly formed team focused on delivering internal applications and process improvements that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee experience across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in building complex, production-ready full-stack applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Solid hands-on experience with backend technologies and runtimes (e.g., Node.js, .NET / C#, or Python) and RESTful API design.
- Working knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases and deployment experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue; deep understanding of state management, responsive UI layout, and web performance optimization.
- Strong expertise in server-side ecosystems (e.g., Node.js, Go, Python, or Java) and building scalable, idempotent RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Practical experience provisioning cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, OpenTofu, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable features across the entire software stack (frontend and backend).
- Drive technical architecture decisions, conduct thorough code reviews, and enforce high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Define clean, robust API boundaries and optimize relational or non-relational database structures for high availability.
- Partner with project management and cloud engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level.
