About The Position

Our partner is an early-stage, venture-backed B2B software startup building AI-powered products that move and transform data and automate complex workflows. The company recently closed its Series A (roughly $15M raised to date) and grew revenue nearly 4x in the first half of the year. It is a fast-moving environment with plenty of greenfield problems to solve and real influence over the product. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across the stack, spanning frontend, backend, and the data pipelines and agentic/AI workflows at the core of the product. This is a backend-leaning, product-focused role: you will take customer feedback, help shape product direction, and ship features end to end. The stack is modern and intentionally lean (TypeScript and React, some Python, Postgres, Temporal for durable workflows, a monorepo), so you can move quickly on genuinely hard problems. You will join a small, senior engineering team during a period of rapid growth, with meaningful equity and a direct line to the founders.

Requirements

5-7 years of full stack engineering experience (4+ considered on the lower end)
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with some Python
Product-minded engineer who can form opinions and contribute to product direction
Demonstrable use of AI tools in your day-to-day workflow

Nice To Haves

Startup experience preferred
experience with ETL / data movement, browser automation or scraping, AWS, or agentic infrastructure

Responsibilities

Build and ship features across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend systems
