About The Position
Performs implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for agile software development to modernize systems. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. Concentrates on using both back-end and front-end languages to build complete solutions.
Requirements
- Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD
- 14 years of experience
- Experience with developing software using Python, Java or JavaScript
- Experience with creating static presentations and static web pages
- Experience with developing and maintaining web-based server applications and implementing algorithms that interface with relational databases (DBs) such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with leading small cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of agile team development
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Java libraries to include MongoDB, Spring, and OSGi
- Experience with Perl, Python, Lua and NGINX
- Ability to work in a fast–paced, highly collaborative, and team–oriented environment and balance long– and short–term taskings
