About The Position

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Full Stack React Engineer to join our remote team located anywhere across the United States. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. Requirements

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Self-starter who can work independently.
6+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack application development.
Strong hands-on expertise building enterprise applications using React.
Experience developing backend services and APIs using C#/.NET
Experience working with or supporting applications built using Hack.
Strong understanding of modern web application architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI, LLM integrations, AI-assisted workflows, or related technologies.
Experience with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps methodologies.
Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills.
Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
Strong consulting and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.

Responsibilities

Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a focus on modern React-based user experiences.
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using C# and other modern server-side technologies
Build and integrate AI-enabled capabilities, including intelligent workflows, automation, LLM integrations, and AI-powered user experiences.
Contribute to systems built on Hack and support enhancements within existing application ecosystems.
Drive technical excellence through code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
Work directly with client stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to successful project delivery.
