About The Position

Build the next generation of AI-powered software. We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a rapidly growing technology company that is transforming the construction industry through artificial intelligence. You'll work on a modern AI platform that combines large language models, intelligent automation and scalable cloud technologies to solve real-world problems for thousands of professionals. This is an opportunity to build products that go far beyond traditional web applications, creating AI-powered experiences that fundamentally change how users interact with software. Working within a cross-functional product squad, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Machine Learning Engineers and Customer Success teams to deliver features from concept to production.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering high-impact full-stack software within fast-paced engineering teams.
Strong expertise in TypeScript across both frontend and backend development.
Commercial experience with Node.js, Express and React.
A solid understanding of software architecture, API design and scalable application development.
Experience designing relational and non-relational database schemas.
A track record of shipping production software and taking ownership of features from concept through deployment.
A passion for building high-quality, maintainable software with a strong focus on user value.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
