We are trusted partners that help our customers in the Commercial Real Estate and Credit Markets leverage technology to unlock value throughout their business. Our mission is to deliver high-quality and robust software that quickly solves customer pain points while keeping them in control throughout the engagement. We are looking for a Senior-Level Software Developer with extensive knowledge of C# (.NET and .NET Core). This is a fully remote, client-facing role that requires a self-starter with high levels of initiative. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborative team player, who is determined, resilient, and an adept problem solver.

Requirements

Extensive C# / .NET Core development in production environments
REST API design and consumption
MS SQL Server performance optimisation and complex relational queries
Unit and integration testing with a dedicated QA team
Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure) including Helm charts
CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
React — component architecture, hooks, state management (Redux / Zustand / Context)
Angular familiarity — able to work across both frameworks in the same organisation
Comprehensive HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Git-based version control workflows (GitHub, Bitbucket)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Worked with NextJs and React
Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, and associated workflows
Demonstrated experience with AI tools, ideally Claude Code

VDI / VPN-constrained environments where tooling may be slower, restricted, or differ from personal preferences
Brownfield systems requiring ramp-up on existing products and resolution of live production issues
Combination of autonomous and collaborative team-based delivery
Cross-functional collaboration across teams in London, Johannesburg, and Cape Town
