About The Position

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a WFH Senior Full Stack Developer based in the Philippines. Salary Range: up to ₱160,000 Work Setup: Onsite Shift Schedule: Day Shift Location: Taguig City. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting scalable full-stack software solutions across our product suite. You will collaborate closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-quality applications aligned with modern development standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8-10 years of experience working with Microsoft technology stacks.
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Strong experience with Angular development.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Strong SQL database development and query optimization skills.
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core.
• Experience with containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and action-focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions using modern Microsoft technologies and frameworks.
• Contribute to planning and designing microservices and event-driven architectures to support scalable and high-performing systems.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, product stakeholders, and technical leads to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, database structures, and application performance for efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to cloud-based deployments and development processes within AWS environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency and documentation quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and provide effective solutions across the software development lifecycle.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure applications follow coding standards, development frameworks, and best practices while maintaining high attention to detail.
