About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Xperience by Kentico to design, build, and maintain digital experiences with commerce capabilities. This role focuses on implementing custom commerce solutions on top of Kentico’s digital experience platform, integrating external services, and delivering scalable, secure, and extensible solutions across both frontend storefronts and backend systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Kentico (Xperience by Kentico is required) and strong understanding of its API-first / hybrid headless architecture.
- Experience building modern storefronts using frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar frontend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET and SQL Server.
- Proven experience integrating external APIs, including payment providers, ERP systems, fulfillment platforms, and identity providers.
- Strong understanding of core commerce architecture patterns, including cart state, order lifecycle, idempotent transactions, and externalized commerce services.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with composable commerce architectures.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Stripe or Shopify (headless).
- Experience integrating identity providers such as Azure AD B2C, Auth0, or similar solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a custom storefront using modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js, including product listing, product detail, search, and filtering experiences.
- Develop and support custom cart and checkout flows, including cart state management, shipping and tax integrations, order submission, confirmation flows, and error handling.
- Build secure customer account and identity experiences, including authentication, authorization, order history, profile management, address books, and preferences.
- Integrate external payment providers such as Authorize.Net, including tokenization, secure payment handling, transaction processing, refunds, reconciliation, and webhook/event handling.
- Implement integrations with external commerce and fulfillment systems, including ERP/order management, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and tracking APIs.
- Ensure strong performance, security, and compliance across frontend and backend layers, including secure coding practices and support for PCI-aligned payment implementations.
