About The Position

Innova Solutions is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for an onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time contract position lasting six or more months, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time hire. The position is open only to candidates who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. The developer will work primarily with Java for backend development and React and Next.js for frontend development, with some experience in Node.js. The role includes writing and reviewing code, mentoring developers, and designing full-stack solutions. The position also calls for experience with cloud infrastructure patterns and frameworks such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Supporting production, resiliency events, and incident management is a preferred capability.

Requirements

Experience in Java backend development with React and Node.js frontend technologies.
Ability to write and review code, mentor developers, and design full-stack solutions.
Experience with cloud infrastructure patterns and frameworks such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Must be eligible for engagement on a W-2 basis; 1099 and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not considered.

Ability to support the production environment, manage resiliency events, and perform incident management tasks.

Responsibilities
