A growing fintech company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of complex backend systems and help shape the technical direction of their engineering team. Requirements

• Senior-level experience in full stack development with deep backend expertise
• Strong command of .NET / .NET 4, ASP.NET Core, and C#
• Advanced proficiency in MySQL and/or SQL Server
• Experience architecting Redis caching in production environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance backend systems using .NET, .NET 4, and ASP.NET Core
• Write and review production-quality C# code across mission-critical fintech platforms
• Architect and optimize database solutions in MySQL and SQL Server
• Drive best practices around data modeling, query performance, and database reliability
• Own Redis implementation and caching strategy to support high-throughput financial applications
• Mentor mid-level developers and contribute to engineering standards across the team
