Senior Full Stack Developer
About The Position
We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with strong back-end expertise in Java and Spring Boot to join our team in Reston, VA (hybrid schedule: onsite three days per week). This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications in a cloud-native environment, with a growing emphasis on AI-driven solutions We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, a solid foundation in Python, and exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular. A key component of this role includes working with AI tools and frameworks, including prompt engineering and GHCP, to support innovative product development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to test automation efforts, and play an active role in delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
Requirements
- 7+ years of back-end development experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud-based architectures
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or data-related tasks
- Experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering and GHCP
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Comfortable working in an Agile or collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Front-end exposure, preferably with Angular, is a plus
