About The Position

Boeing Fabrication is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Manager (Level M) to support across the Interiors Responsibility Center South Carolina (IRCSC), Fabrication South Carolina Aerostructures (FSCA), and Emergent Operations South Carolina while based in Ladson, South Carolina. Supporting our nearby Fabrication South Carolina Aerostructures (FSCA) site based in Orangeburg, South Carolina will require travel as needed. You will lead IRCSC Supply Chain Management Analysts and Production Coordinators, as well as the Supply Chain Management Analysts supporting Fabrication South Carolina Aerostructures and Emergent Operations South Carolina. This role requires strong partnership with leaders across the South Carolina region. This position will lead recovery efforts to drive stability, while discovering new opportunities for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. The successful candidate is someone who will inspire, motivate and lead teams, understand the strategic aspects of the organization and associated initiatives, work in a complex organization, and demonstrate their knowledge of multiple functional subject areas to meet supply chain management goals and our internal and external customers’ expectations. Candidates must be able to translate strategic goals into tactical actions that are understandable to the team. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience leading, directing, or managing personnel
  • 5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • Experience using all the following Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree
  • 10+ years of experience demonstrating business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 10+ years of experience in a materials planning and/or inventory control process role in a manufacturing environment
  • 10+ years of experience leading strategic process improvements/initiatives
  • 10+ years of experience with safety and quality processes
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience
