About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end fulfillment and logistics operations for a rapidly growing hybrid product line. The Senior Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist will manage inventory, shipping, vendor relationships, and returns while driving process improvements and scaling operations. You will be responsible for both execution and optimization, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while improving workflows and vendor performance. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, customer support, IT, and accounting. You will also support new hardware initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and influence the development of future operational processes. The role is fully remote within the U.S., preferably aligned with Eastern or Central time zones.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or hardware operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing vendors, inventory systems, and shipping processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute tasks while improving processes.
  • Ability to set up hardware independently and troubleshoot setup or operational issues.

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with CRM systems, ITSM tools, inventory management platforms, and Atlassian products.
  • experience in a software-to-hardware environment, international shipping, and remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day fulfillment, logistics, and inventory operations for all hardware and physical products.
  • Coordinate and place orders with vendors, track shipments, and maintain clean and accurate order data.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot hardware issues, and manage returns, warranties, and replacement orders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, IT, Accounting, and Legal to maintain operational alignment.
  • Optimize processes, workflows, and vendor relationships to support scalable growth.
  • Track hardware spend and maintain documentation, including internal knowledge bases and FAQs.
  • Lead new initiatives such as launching new hardware offerings, improving packaging standards, and implementing purchase flows.
