About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to build features in React, TypeScript, and Next.js. You will deliver migration and AI-first surfaces, including assessment, feedback, expectations, and manager journeys. You will work closely with Figma and the design system (Nub/5 / Tailwind), integrating with APIs for authentication, loading/error states, and long AI workflows. You will use AI coding tools daily to increase speed, taking ownership of quality, architecture, and reviews. You will also define frontend standards and help the team ship effectively.

Requirements

• Strong React + TypeScript skills in complex product UIs
• Design system craft (tokens, a11y, Figma fidelity)
• End-to-end ownership (scope → PR → ship)
• Fluent English (specs, PRs, asynchronous collaboration)
• Good use of AI in the workflow (Cursor/Copilot/Claude etc.) — you drive the work; AI accelerates

Nice To Haves

• Next.js App Router
• HR / performance / backoffice products
• AI-driven UX in the product (drafts, chat, human-in-the-loop)
