About The Position

Procurify is seeking a pragmatic and thoughtful engineering leader to help scale its AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform. The role involves building and shipping frontend features, creating high-quality frontend experiences, driving user experience through collaboration with product and design, championing code quality, and strengthening system architecture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a knack for solving complex SaaS application development challenges, and a desire to mentor other engineers. Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in hands-on work across frontend systems, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript, including component-based architecture and state management.
Experience working with agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD principles.
Ability to act with compassion, believe that team success is individual success, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly frontend components using TypeScript/React.
Implement reusable, accessible, and performant UI components in React.
Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences.
Ensure team members contribute clean, efficient, testable, and reusable code that aligns with technical strategy and coding standards.
Provide leadership in the technical output of the team, ensuring technical designs follow appropriate design patterns, are architecturally sound, and adhere to secure coding practices.
Lead the evaluation and integration of new AI developer tools to continuously improve team velocity.
