About the role As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll own a product area end to end, from design through the results after launch. You'll be matched to one of four teams during the interview process, based on business needs and your background: Agents – AI assistants and in-app guidance that help people finish tasks inside the software they use, including a new desktop AI work hub Docs – Our core product for automated document generation and viewing, relied on by millions of users Growth – Signup, onboarding, checkout, billing, seats and SSO, helping people find Scribe, see its value fast, and grow their plan Optimize – The AI-driven intelligence layer that helps enterprises understand, measure and improve how work gets done, turning raw activity into workflow data leaders can trust

Requirements

  • 5+ years building production software at scale
  • Product-minded. You care about the user problem as much as the code
  • Comfortable with unclear problems and fast change
  • Deep JavaScript experience with a modern frontend framework
  • Track record improving frontend performance and accessibility

Nice To Haves

  • AI/LLM product experience

Responsibilities

  • Own projects from design to launch, on established products and new ones
  • Work with PMs, designers and other engineers to decide what to build and how
  • Contribute to technical discussions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term architecture
  • Uphold strong engineering practices: code review, test coverage and observability
  • Build fast, accessible UI and own frontend performance
  • Work with designers to turn early ideas into shipped products
