About The Position
We're looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to help build and scale our next-generation web applications. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to create intuitive, high-performance user experiences while leveraging the latest AI technologies to accelerate development. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, writing clean code, and shipping impactful features quickly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Front-End development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency with React and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Next.js.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar).
- Experience consuming REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience optimizing application performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong understanding of Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
Nice To Haves
- Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in HealthTech, Telehealth, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
- Startup experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Develop reusable UI components and contribute to our design system.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Integrate APIs and AI-powered features into the frontend experience.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote frontend best practices.
- Continuously improve development workflows and engineering standards.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and software quality.
