We're seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to shape the future of AI-powered document interaction. In this role, you'll lead a small engineering team while designing and implementing front-end features for our automation platform and machine learning engine. You'll work directly with customers to optimize our AI-powered UX, architect components for next-generation document-based human/AI interaction and run UX/UI experiments to improve AI productivity.

Requirements

Excellent proficiency in front-end development (we mainly use React)
Experience or interest working with Document editing and parsing
Experience working across multiple engineering teams to deliver projects
A track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code.
Excellent problem-solving skills in an independent and team setting
Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to a team that aims to make a significant impact in the medical and insurance tech space.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing key front-end features for our automation platform and advanced machine learning engine.
Leading the creation of customer-centric features in response to growing client demand, tactfully enhancing our core product with additional benefits.
Crafting front-end components with an emphasis on usability, performance, and adherence to best coding practices.
Leading a small team of engineers
Running experiments on UX/UI patterns to improve AI productivity
