About The Position

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for both reporting and budget management. You will collaborate with executives and VPs to manage budgets and drive strategic priorities for their groups. This role is crucial in developing and improving short- and long-term consolidated financial models. You will also handle reporting, critical metrics, and the Adaptive financial model. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to new approaches, willing to experiment and learn from mistakes, and comfortable asking questions or voicing concerns. Communication should be self-aware, insightful, and proactive. This role emphasizes teamwork and a commitment to continuous improvement, including seeking feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other analytics-related fields
Budget management and reporting experience
Excel and GSuite chops
Complex model building experience and a knack for solving problems
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
