About The Position

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting, this role will support the day-to-day FP&A activities including reporting, analysis, forecasting, in addition to assisting in annual budgeting and multi-year strategic planning processes. This role will also help with monthly accounting support as needed. The role will touch all aspects of the business and interface with various functions. It is a highly visible role with frequent exposure to senior leaders in the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 3-6 years of relevant financial experience, preferably FP&A
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-starter with good energy and initiative
• Detail orientation with analytical experience
• Collaborative style with proven written and verbal communication skills
• Strong results orientation with good work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the FP&A manager and team with periodic monthly, quarterly reporting and analysis work
• Develop reports and bridges / walks to compare actual results to forecast, budget and last year and associated commentary related to drivers of the variances
• Assist in process improvement and financial model development in the FP&A area, including P&L and balance sheet
• Lead SG&A reporting and analysis, providing monthly insights on performance versus budget and forecast, supporting annual plan development, and driving forecast accuracy through close collaboration with cost center owners
• Help with and lead ad-hoc analysis and presentation of business results as requested by the CFO and senior management
• Assist in the annual budget cycle with reporting / analysis and process improvements
• Support month-end close process
• Other special projects as assigned
