We are looking for an experienced and driven FP&A Senior Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role provides a unique opportunity to take on a more advanced role in financial planning and analysis within a SaaS-focused environment. The FP&A Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting business decisions by delivering actionable insights, managing complex financial models, and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position that sits within a team undergoing significant transformation. You will own analytical and reporting workstreams end-to-end. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query/Pivot, SQL, Microsoft Business Central, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau or similar BI tools is essential.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Business Central, Excel, Tableau, SQL and Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs such as ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, and churn rate.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and operational stakeholders while confidently challenging the status quo.
  • Strong financial modeling and scenario planning expertise.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools and finance transformation initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive analysis of SaaS-specific KPIs, including ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, and churn rate, to inform business strategy.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership in collaboration with the VP of FP&A.
  • Manage and refine financial models to improve forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
  • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, and Google Sheets to provide real-time insights.
  • Develop clear and impactful visualizations to communicate financial performance trends and key business drivers.
  • Support the VP of FP&A in enhancing reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align on financial goals and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships while confidently challenging the status quo to drive value and improve processes.
  • Assist in the execution of finance transformation projects, including workflow automation and system enhancements.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools to streamline financial planning and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and data reliability, including automation of manual workflows and process definition.
