Our team is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join them. You will report to the FP&A Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL. The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Value Stream leaders to understand and drive financial and operational performance. The role will support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, with a strong focus on margin, labor productivity, cost reduction, and operational KPIs. This is a hands-on role focused on turning data into actionable insights and partnering with the business to drive results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial model building and analysis of large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across Finance, Operations, and other functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles, financial statements, and key financial drivers
• Growth mindset, self-starter, innate curiosity, and a problem-solving mentality
• This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person ” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar data and visualization tools preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, MRO, or aerospace environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a major stakeholder and driver of the annual Budget, quarterly Forecast, and weekly Flash processes, partnering with business leaders to understand and challenge underlying assumptions
• Analyze business performance against budget, forecast, and strategic goals, with a focus on sales, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and the key drivers contributing to each.
• Track, analyze, and understand key financial and operational information, including sales and cost performance, margin, labor productivity, inventory, WIP, bookings, throughput, turnaround time, cash flow, and other business/operations KPIs,
• Partner closely with Value Stream leaders, Operations, and site leadership to understand financial and operating performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work alongside the teams to drive improvement
• Support margin improvement, labor productivity, and cost reduction initiatives through financial analysis, visibility, and ongoing performance tracking
• Prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative for site and senior management, clearly communicating key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Develop business cases and provide financial support for operational improvements, capital investments, headcount decisions, and other site initiatives
• Contribute to and design ways to further leverage financial reporting and data systems, including Snowflake, OneStream, Power BI, and Excel
• Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to increase visibility into business performance and reduce manual reporting
• Identify opportunities within the Finance team and broader business for process improvement and automation
• Interface with the broader Finance organization in the consolidation, analysis, and narrative of financial results
• Assist in certain aspects of monthly Financial Close, including analysis, narrative, accrual support, journal entries, and account reconciliations as needed (note: this is not an Accounting position)
• Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support the FP&A Manager and site leadership
