About The Position

The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytical processes. The FP&A Senior Analyst is a key business partner to the overall organization and Finance departments leadership, ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. The Senior FP&A Analyst reports to the Sr. Director of Accounting & Finance. Essential Functions Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines Develop and maintain detailed strategic financial models for Company’s North America businesses. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to budget, forecast, and financial results. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Meet with business leaders monthly to provide analysis of trends, forecasts and recommendations for optimization. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecast updates. Understand Company’s products and act as a back-up for gross to net sales reporting. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. Assist in the monthly cash forecast.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient in ERP systems, and other financial planning software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow models.
  • Experience with supply chain and logistics financial management.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial data to both financial and non-financial colleagues.

  • An MBA or CPA is a plus.
