Senior FP&A Analyst - Raleigh NC
About The Position
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be a key member of Vontier’s corporate FP&A team. This role will participate in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial cycles, providing analytics in aspects of the P&L and the budget. The analyst will work closely with corporate department leaders on drafting and implementing their budgets, and drive cost and efficiency actions. Additionally, the role will assist in ad hoc reports and analytics for Vontier’s Executive Board as well as various improvement projects. The successful candidate will interact daily with the senior leadership of Vontier, gaining unique business insights and providing analytics and data-based advice and opinions. This role is key in helping Vontier’s management to take educated and well thought decisions on what really matters and achieve its targets.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the FP&A team on the development, preparation, and maintenance of finance models.
- Cost Analysis and reporting of operating costs and operating efficiencies.
- Assist in efficiency plans.
- Participate in all the major financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews.
- Assist in setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Collaborate with the accounting and other finance departments during closing and process improvement actions.
- Support Vontier’s management and Departmental leaders with data-driven analysis.
