The Role We're looking for a hands-on Sr. Forward Deployed Strategist to help us build our Applied AI team from the ground-up while leading engagement with our design-partners and key customers, to turn their goals into transformative AI solutions. In addition to being a key voice with our product team, you'll work directly with senior leadership at our partners. You're the bridge between what the business needs and what gets built — you understand the business, design the future state and build business solutions with our team using AI. Much of the job is knowing how to get the right information, read an organization, and build the alignment and the technical solutions that make change actually happen. Cycles are short. You'll go from spotting an opportunity to seeing it shipped in a fraction of the usual time, so the pace is fast and the feedback loop is tight. You are comfortable with ambiguity, this role does not have a playbook yet, you’ll build it as you go. You'll be an early member of our applied AI team helping define how we work with customers and use our product to deliver value.

Requirements

An operator who has worked at the execution level driving business fundamentals.
Knows what levers to pull to create business outcomes and knows what crisp execution feels like
3+ years of business operations
Strong business analysis and systems thinking: can take a complex operation and see the structure underneath it.
The ability to work across an organization and move it forward — getting information, aligning stakeholders, and driving decisions to a conclusion.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills; comfortable working directly with executives.
Comfortable and energized by working on small teams that move fast, think of this as a proxy to an entrepreneurial journey.
Native level Spanish or Portuguese is required.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in real life business environments

Responsibilities

Develop and own the deployment strategy for our design partners, to understand their strategic goals and where AI, automation, analytics, and better data can move the business.
Work across the partner’s teams and ours to turn those goals into solutions — getting the right information, aligning the right people, working hands-on with our product, and driving decisions.
Map how processes work today and design the future state.
Build relationships across the partner organizations, from execution level to senior stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor on AI adoption.
Feed learnings from the field back into our product roadmap to shape what we build next.
Work both at the strategic level and truly hands-on as we rapidly grow our business and our team.
