ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager to manage the cost, schedule, and execution of Foreign Military Sales cases delivering Electronic Warfare (EW) and Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) reprogramming capability to partner nations. This is the senior customer-facing role that keeps a portfolio of FMS cases on cost, on schedule, and fully executable — the single point of accountability who turns a signed Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) into delivered capability for the international partner. Working across the U.S. Government security cooperation enterprise and directly with international program offices, the Senior Case Manager owns the full lifecycle of assigned case lines: financial management and obligation/expenditure tracking, milestone and deliverable coordination, documentation and compliance, and the partner-nation relationship itself. The role demands equal fluency in the mechanics of FMS case execution and in the EW/ASE reprogramming mission it enables — ensuring partner aircraft survivability and mission-data capability is fielded correctly, on time, and within the financial and policy guardrails of the security cooperation system. As a senior individual contributor, the Case Manager operates with significant independence on complex, high-visibility cases, anticipates execution risk before it affects cost or schedule, and represents the program credibly to U.S. and international stakeholders alike.
