Requirements

High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience OR Any post-HS degree or certification in a related field and 5 years’ experience OR 9 years’ experience in a related field
Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.

Responsibilities

Gain familiarity with standard food services methods and practices
With guidance, perform routine food preparation, including: Cutting, preparing, and serving a variety of hot and cold foods Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients per recipes Forming food items into required shapes and sizes Baking, cooking, or preparing food products
Ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards for food safety and nutrition
Rotate, label, and date all products
Monitor food loss or spoilage
Clean equipment and work areas
Learn and adhere to all food, health, and safety regulations
Assist with special projects as assigned
