About The Position

The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing all food and beverage activities. Working closely with department managers and cross-functional teams, this leader drives service excellence, financial performance, and adherence to company standards. The role requires strong operational oversight, team development, and the ability to respond quickly to guest needs and market trends. Cherokee Nation Entertainment is one of the largest and most successful tribal businesses in the country. As the retail, gaming and entertainment entity of the Cherokee Nation, it owns and operates a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, retail shops, fuel/convenience stores, golf courses, hotels, a horse racing track and an RV campground.
