PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior FMS IAMD Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. This role serves as an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) subject-matter expert, focusing on international defense cooperation and security assistance activities. The analyst will provide crucial expertise on IAMD concepts, architectures, capabilities, systems, and operational considerations to inform program decisions and engagements with both U.S. and international stakeholders. A key responsibility includes supporting executive-level briefings and engagements with senior government officials, military leaders, industry representatives, and foreign partners, effectively communicating complex IAMD capabilities and programmatic information. The position also involves supporting the International Programs Office in responding to foreign partner requirements, such as Requests for Information (RFI), Price and Availability (P&A), Letters of Request (LOR), and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA). The analyst will analyze international partner requirements to help identify appropriate IAMD capabilities, acquisition approaches, program considerations, and potential impacts, while supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and other international defense cooperation activities involving IAMD capabilities. This role requires providing technical and programmatic input for assessments of cost, schedule, performance, requirements, resources, risks, and program execution, as well as supporting program planning and integration across various functional areas including engineering, acquisition, testing, contracting, logistics, financial management, fielding, and sustainment. Monitoring program and project status, milestones, schedules, actions, and dependencies, and identifying potential issues for follow-up are also key duties. The analyst will conduct program management, technical, and business case analyses, and develop recommendations for senior leadership. Preparation of executive-level briefings, decision-support products, reports, and other program documentation is essential. Participation in program reviews, working groups, meetings, and other PMO forums, including coordinating agendas, briefing materials, action items, and follow-up, is expected. Collaboration with government and contractor personnel across multiple functional areas is necessary to ensure timely completion of program and organizational requirements. The role acts as a knowledgeable interface between technical experts, program managers, senior leadership, and international stakeholders. Support for short-, mid-, and long-range planning related to IAMD programs and international partner requirements is also part of the role. Other duties as assigned.
