About The Position

This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As part of a hardworking team, you will contribute to the design of flight software for future space vehicles. You will be responsible for leading the team tasked with developing fault-tolerant flight software responsible for the overall command and control of an autonomous space vehicle. This includes defining architectures and requirements, coordination of team activities, and leadership of development and verification planning. These positions will directly impact the history of space exploration, and your dedicated commitment and detailed attention will further the cause of safe and repeatable spaceflight. You will create and maintain drawings and diagrams for power distribution, system grounding and bonding. Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin's vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.
