About The Position
As a Senior Designer, you will be a key player within our fire protection team. This role will be responsible for providing complete design, stock listing, and hydraulic calculations to support our industrial/manufacturing focused fire protection pursuits. NICET Certification required.

- Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and understand building plans and blueprints.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, expert in communication, writing, and documentation abilities.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- 10 years’ experience in the fire protection field
- Must have valid Driver's License with clean record
- Proficient with HydraCAD, AutoSprink, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and HASS
Nice To Haves
- NICET Level III certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with pre-construction team during bid pursuits.
- Provide hydraulic calculations and layout assistance for pre-construction.
- Responsible for managing design on multiple large industrial fire protection projects.
- Work with engineering team to receive permitting and approval on design.
- Ability to manage fast paced design environment on large projects.
- Provide 3D BIM models.
- Attend BIM coordination meetings.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and professional representation and responsiveness for prospects and customers.
