About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Senior Financial Systems and Process Analyst in Green Bay to provide data analytics and identify process improvement opportunities for the finance and accounting teams. The role requires a thorough understanding of Schneider’s IT and data infrastructure to develop change management strategies and ensure process adherence in order to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, analytics, statistics, computer science, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Access, and Visual Basic.
• Knowledge of contemporary reporting techniques and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key finance and accounting stakeholders to gain buy-in for performance improvement opportunities.
• Lead major change initiatives among the finance and accounting teams.
• Develop, document, and implement procedures that enhance the quality and accuracy of reporting processes.
• Participate in testing new financial system applications and lead their implementation.
• Oversee processes and controls that ensure data integrity across applications.
• Train finance and accounting team members on new financial system applications.
• Extract, prepare, and analyze data using analytical tools, and use data to aid decision-making.
