This position is for a Senior Systems Analyst within the Financial Systems team, reporting to the Director of Financial Systems. The role involves supporting the administration, training, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems, including system security, user access, integrations, workflows, and platform governance. The analyst will also contribute to cross-functional projects by gathering business requirements and implementing system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM (ARC, FCC, and EPBCS) being preferred. Experience with other financial tools and AI-powered productivity tools is also beneficial.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial systems administration
  • Familiarity with accounting operations and internal control environments.
  • Proficiency in administering systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM (ARC, FCC, and EPBCS).
  • Strong documentation and training skills.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day administration with long-term projects and enhancements.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite, Blackline, Planful, or similar ERP/finance tools is an asset but not required.
  • Experience with Navan, Sovos, Payment Providers, Uber Business is a plus but is not required.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Anthropic’s Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code or similar AI solutions.
  • Experience supporting teams across time zones is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a supporting administrator for the financial systems, including user access, security roles, system configurations, and integration support.
  • Partner with financial system stakeholders and other Senior Systems Analysts to maintain, enhance, and automate financial systems and processes.
  • Support the monitoring of segregation of duties, user access controls, and compliance with SOX/Gaming within the financial systems.
  • Participate in system testing for new products and launches to ensure financial system integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Support configuring, maintaining, and validating data for integrations between financial systems.
  • Assist with reporting needs and ad hoc system queries from accounting and finance stakeholders.
  • Support user training, documentation, and troubleshooting across financial systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve system workflows.
  • Additional projects and tasks as assigned.
