As a Senior Financial System Analyst for the Reporting, Analytics & Insights (RAI) COE in Global Finance at Medtronic, you’ll have an opportunity to contribute to the world’s largest medical device company. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, insightful reports, tools, and dashboards. Your work will empower leadership and teams across various functions with actionable data insights to drive performance and strategic initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of Finance, Accounting or Business Analytics experience
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.) is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above, where specialized expertise aligns with long-term business needs. Roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with finance analysts, data engineers, and business users to gather requirements, validate output, and ensure the solutions meet business objectives.
Drive efficiency/improvement of related finance processes in support of the organization
Continuous reflection on team processes to identify opportunities for improvement of business partnering impact and time efficiencies in personal and team finance support
Ad hoc analysis and reporting to leadership, business partners and key stakeholders
