The Senior Financial Solutions Advisor is responsible for driving new client acquisition for BELAY’s Financial Solutions division. This role focuses on generating, developing, and closing new business opportunities for BELAY’s financial service offerings, including accounting, payroll, tax, inventory management, and advisory solutions. This position serves as a consultative sales partner to prospective clients, helping small and mid-sized businesses identify financial and operational challenges and align BELAY’s services to support business goals. The role requires strong relationship management, outbound business development, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
